Rendezvous

When I came home, I saw on my bedside table a letter. I don't get letters very often, you know.
Then I saw the sender.

I froze for a second. Like an adrenaline rush, my heartbeat raced.
I quickly opened the letter, only to find the receipt for a previous treatment. I heaved a sigh of relief. Then I thought, what else on earth could they have written to me for anyway?
God I'm having a massive headache.
